These chocolatey treats are a cross between a fudgy dark chocolate truffle and delicious, tender cookie dough. They are RICH AND DECADENT AND SO ADDICTIVE!
Where are all my dark chocolate lovers at?!? I made this especially for you. With a deep chocolate-nutty flavor and a smooth, fudgy texture, these truffles will soon become your favorite treat!
This lovely dessert (or snack) is SO EASY to make! All you need is 6 simple ingredients, 1 medium bowl and 5 minutes of your time. The best part is, these truffles are undetectably healthy. They are made with cacao powder (so high in antioxidants!), peanut butter and oat flour. And even though it’s, well, chocolate, these little fudgy bites can be a great afternoon pick-me-up or post-workout treat! They are protein-rich, fiber-rich and super nutritious! But they taste like a fancy, luxurious dessert.
You can store them in the fridge for up to a week (or freeze them for up to a month), though I don’t think they will last that long. They have a fudgier texture at room temperature, so I like to take them out of the fridge 15 minutes before eating them, but who am I kidding, they are delicious straight out of the fridge too!
