If you haven’t tried tempeh yet, you are missing out! I LOVE tempeh. I think it’s one of the most delicious plant-based proteins out there. It’s definitely one of the healthiest. I also like to steam the tempeh before I marinate it. Steaming will remove any bitterness, make it tender, and help it soak up more flavor from the marinade.
