Creamy, refreshing and incredibly delicious Watermelon Nice Cream. All you need is a food processor, 3 ingredients and 5 minutes. It’s 100 % fruit and probably the healthiest ice cream you’ll ever make.
Place bananas and watermelon in an airtight container in the freezer for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
Once frozen, add bananas, watermelon and orange juice to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. You will need to stop a few times to scrape down the sides. But eventually magic happens and it gets thick and creamy and delicious.
