Spiced Tahini Cookie Dough Truffles

These Spiced Tahini Cookie Dough Truffles are a great on-the-go snack or healthy dessert. Easy, fun and so moreish.

I love tahini so much. It’s delicious in both savory and sweet recipes. It has an amazing creamy texture, a subtle nutty flavor and is super nutritious. I made these yummy truffles by combining tahini, oat flour, coconut nectar (can sub maple syrup) and spices. This easy, no-bake snack is packed with fiber, healthy fats and so much flavor. It’s also vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free and incredibly delicious.

These tender, lightly spiced and perfectly sweet cookie dough truffles are covered in dark chocolate and the combination is just divine. So please don’t skip the chocolate, it’s what makes this recipe awesome.

These cookie dough truffles (or tahini bliss balls or energy balls) will keep in an airtight container for 3 – 4 days, or in the fridge for a week or two.
